Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve commercial objectives through high-quality customer service
- Manage daily point-of-sale operations with a high degree of autonomy
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business growth
- Oversee stock management, including receiving merchandise and warehouse organization
- Maintain brand visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fashion sales
- Proven experience working in retail or department store environments
- Strong customer orientation and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work with KPIs and maintain a commercial vision
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Spanish language
- Experience working with premium fashion brands
