Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including front end, back end, and sales floor management.
• Manage staffing issues, develop work schedules, plan shifts/rotas, and manage overtime.
• Address customer queries and complaints to enhance satisfaction and ensure appropriate resolutions.
• Lead teams in delivering consistent product information and maximizing customer value during demonstrations.
• Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities to introduce products and implementing customer contact plans for new launches.
• Monitor personal and team performance, providing coaching and contributing to formal performance management and appraisals.

Requirements

• Short-Cycle Tertiary Education.
• Proven experience in handling various retail situations and advising others.
• Managerial experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve results within specific timeframes.
• Ability to work in a high-end luxury retail environment.
