About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
- Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
- Work with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies, including asset protection and inventory control
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and move continuously around the store
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders and arrange items on shelves and racks
- Team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
