Sales Associate, Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Work with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies, including asset protection and inventory control

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, kneel, and move merchandise throughout the store
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 - $19.00
