Sales Associate, Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
• Maintain a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and demonstrating core values

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
