Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers on product selection and propose complementary items to drive additional sales
• Utilize in-store digital tools and master standard operating procedures
• Maintain store standards including visual merchandising and stockroom organization
• Handle cash transactions confidently and follow loss prevention procedures
• Act as a brand ambassador to leverage Salomon's service culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of mountain sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for interacting with people
• A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Availability to work weekends (required) and flexibility for evenings or holidays
• Proficiency in cash handling
