Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by connecting customers with the right Salomon products
• Advise customers and suggest complementary products to enhance their experience and drive sales
• Utilize digital tools and sales techniques to ensure high-quality service standards
• Maintain store organization, including stock management and loss prevention
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow standard operating procedures
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Salomon's service culture and visual merchandising principles

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core outdoor sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A practical approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
