Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers to ensure a high-level experience and propose complementary products
• Utilize digital in-store tools and master standard operating procedures
• Assist with cash handling and maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Support loss prevention and follow visual merchandising and community marketing principles
• Act as a brand ambassador to leverage the Salomon service culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core outdoor sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
• A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends (including Sundays), evenings, and holidays
