About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by using sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right gear
- Advise customers on products and suggest complementary items to enhance their experience and drive sales
- Utilize digital in-store tools to provide high-quality service and manage transactions confidently
- Maintain store standards by ensuring the warehouse is organized and following loss prevention procedures
- Execute visual merchandising, marketing principles, and standard operating procedures
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Salomon service culture
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Passion for and knowledge of outdoor sports and Salomon's core activities
- Strong team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
