Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional customer service and sales techniques to connect customers with the right Salomon products
• Provide high-quality consultations and suggest complementary products to drive additional sales
• Use digital in-store tools to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain store standards by promoting loss prevention and keeping the warehouse organized
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow standard operating procedures
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the brand's service culture and visual merchandising principles

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and retail environments
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core outdoor sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work within a team
• A practical approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
