Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers using exceptional service and product knowledge to drive sales
• Provide styling suggestions by incorporating apparel and footwear into cohesive looks
• Solve customer problems quickly and professionally to ensure positive interactions
• Maintain high brand visual standards and assist with product replenishment and pricing
• Handle cash and digital transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom remain clean, organized, and inviting
• Promote loss prevention practices to protect company assets

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in high-volume environments
• High energy, natural curiosity, and a positive outlook
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Availability to work during peak periods, including Black Friday and the holiday season
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
