Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by connecting customers with the right Salomon products
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge and effective upselling techniques
- Utilize digital tools and sales techniques to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organized stock
- Promote loss prevention and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Act as a brand ambassador to foster the Salomon service culture
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail and customer service
- Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core outdoor sports
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- A practical approach with a strong willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
