Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers on product selection and propose complementary items to enhance their experience
• Utilize in-store digital tools and master standard operating procedures
• Maintain store standards through visual merchandising and organized stockroom management
• Handle cash transactions confidently and follow loss prevention procedures
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Salomon's service culture and community marketing principles

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core outdoor sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
• A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
