Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers to ensure a high-level experience and propose complementary products
• Utilize digital in-store tools to drive sales and enhance the customer journey
• Assist with loss prevention and maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Handle cash transactions confidently and accurately
• Follow standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and visual merchandising principles
• Act as a brand ambassador to leverage Salomon's service culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core mountain sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for interacting with people
• A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Availability to work a fixed schedule of 14 hours per week (all Saturdays and Sundays)
• Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed
