Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers to ensure a high-level experience and propose complementary products
• Utilize in-store digital tools and master standard operating procedures
• Assist with loss prevention and maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Handle cash transactions confidently and accurately
• Support visual merchandising and community marketing principles
• Act as a brand ambassador to leverage the Salomon service culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core mountain sports
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for interacting with people
• A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work 16 hours per week on-site in Covent Garden
