Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers on product selection and propose complementary items to drive additional sales
• Utilize in-store digital tools and master standard operating procedures
• Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
• Handle cash transactions confidently and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese is required
• Fluency in English or Italian is required
• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of mountain sports and Salomon's core activities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-player attitude with a hands-on approach to learning
