Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by connecting clients with the right Salomon products
• Use sales techniques and digital tools to drive sales and suggest complementary items
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's service culture and values
• Manage cash register operations and follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, stock organization, and loss prevention
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong passion for and knowledge of outdoor sports
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
