Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by using sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right Salomon gear
• Advise customers on products and suggest complementary items to enhance their experience and drive additional sales
• Utilize digital in-store tools to provide high-quality service and manage transactions confidently at the cash desk
• Maintain store standards by assisting with loss prevention, keeping the warehouse organized, and following visual merchandising guidelines
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Salomon service culture and community marketing principles

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• A strong passion for and knowledge of outdoor sports
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with people
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
