Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers to ensure a high-level experience and propose complementary products
• Utilize in-store digital tools and master standard operating procedures
• Assist with cash handling and maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Support loss prevention and follow visual merchandising and community marketing principles
• Act as a brand ambassador to leverage the Salomon service culture

Requirements

• Fluent Chinese (required)
• Fluent in English or Italian (required)
• Previous experience in customer service or retail
• Passion and knowledge of Salomon's core sports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-player attitude with a hands-on approach to learning
