Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by using product expertise to connect customers with the right Salomon gear
• Drive sales through effective upselling and recommending complementary products
• Utilize digital in-store tools and sales techniques to enhance the customer experience
• Manage cash register operations and follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, stock organization, and loss prevention
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Salomon's service culture and values

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Chinese (required)
• Fluent proficiency in English or Italian
• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of outdoor sports
• Strong team spirit and a hands-on approach to learning
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
