Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by using sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right gear
• Advise customers on products and suggest complementary items to enhance their experience and drive sales
• Utilize digital in-store tools to provide high-quality service and manage transactions confidently
• Maintain store standards by assisting with loss prevention, stock organization, and visual merchandising
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Salomon's service culture and operational procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of outdoor sports and Salomon's core activities
• Strong team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to work onsite at the Milano Brera location
