Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide expert color and curl/texture consulting services to customers and professional beauty partners
• Drive brand awareness and market share through relationship building and product education
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques
• Determine customer needs and offer professional product recommendations
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits
• Stay informed on emerging beauty trends to provide relevant advice to clients

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
• Proficiency with POS applications, mobile devices, and social media platforms
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets
• Ability to travel to shows or sales meetings at least three times per year
• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist
