Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a Color & Curl specialist, providing expert product consultation and professional advice to customers.
• Drive sales and brand awareness by building lasting relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
• Conduct product education both in-store and virtually for professional beauty salons, barbers, and spas.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, including product placement, signage, and display techniques.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.
• Stay informed on emerging beauty trends to provide relevant market insights to business partners.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to shows or sales meetings a minimum of three times per year.
• Proficiency with POS applications, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Licensed cosmetologist is highly preferred.
