Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM accuracy, track deal progression, and proactively manage timelines and pipeline health
• Develop high-quality proposals and manage RFP processes end-to-end
• Partner with Growth and Analysts to ensure deals are fully scoped and feasible
• Streamline workflows across scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business development
• Strong command of CRM systems like HubSpot
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work a night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) to support EMEA and Americas markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or mobile marketing
