Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a "customer first" attitude to build lasting relationships
• Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level
• Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash management
• Execute merchandising tasks including receiving shipments, restocking the sales floor, and maintaining displays/mannequins
• Maintain store presentation standards through cleaning, organizing fitting rooms, and product replenishment
• Contribute to a positive team environment and adhere to loss prevention policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Experience with POS systems and general store operations
• Strong understanding of merchandising and product presentation
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and use good judgment in various situations
• Positive, optimistic, and friendly interpersonal skills
