Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage sales channels including direct, online, or retail sales to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide necessary training and support.
• Develop relationship management plans for complex customer accounts to engage key decision-makers.
• Configure complex product and service solutions tailored to long-term customer needs.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within your area of responsibility.
• Supervise junior colleagues and act as a subject matter expert in industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• Extensive professional experience enabling the ability to handle complex situations and advise others.
• Proven experience in supervising junior colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer accounts and negotiate service-level agreements.
