About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every client
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives
- Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and merchandising
- Comply with all security and operational policies for the Maison and boutique
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- SAP knowledge
- Additional language skills
