Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end advisory services to an exclusive clientele
• Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships
• Manage boutique traffic and welcome customers upon arrival
• Support customers with special orders for High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations
• Implement New Retail strategies, including e-commerce, distant sales, and virtual sales ceremonies
• Provide personalized care to VIP customers and nurture local business relationships
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining customer databases and preparing for inventory
• Network through local events and digital sales activities

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a service-oriented background (career changers welcome)
• Previous experience in sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor
• Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Digital literacy with the ability to use customer apps and click-and-collect systems
• A curious mindset and interest in innovative ways to shape the retail experience
