Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luxury client experiences by embodying the Cartier art of receiving
- Execute sales through mastery of sales ceremonial, cross-selling, and upselling techniques
- Build and manage a client portfolio through proactive clienteling and relationship management
- Demonstrate deep product expertise in jewelry and watches, including diamond 4Cs and watch mechanics
- Communicate the Maison's history, values, and craftsmanship through storytelling
- Manage administrative and operational procedures including compliance, cash handling, and security
- Utilize digital tools and applications to enhance the client journey and boutique operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury sales with mastery of sales ceremonial
- Strong expertise in jewelry and watches, including knowledge of the 4Cs of diamonds
- Demonstrated ability in client portfolio management and clienteling
- Proficiency with digital retail tools and applications
- High level of professional ethics, including confidentiality and punctuality
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy
- Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday)
