Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales objectives through consultative selling and deep product knowledge.
• Proactively identify and convert clientelling opportunities by scheduling appointments and developing robust client profiles.
• Cultivate meaningful and lasting client relationships to foster loyalty to the Maison.
• Execute targeted CRM actions to strengthen client connections and drive repeat business.
• Uphold high standards of operational compliance, including accurate stock management and boutique presentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive team spirit and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong selling skills and an innate sense of service excellence.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
• Proven ability in time management and multitasking within a dynamic environment.
