- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives and KPIs
- Identify sales opportunities to maximize business performance
- Develop deep product knowledge to confidently advise clients on luxury creations
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong client portfolio through regular outreach
- Utilize CRM tools to support clienteling initiatives and drive loyalty
- Support daily boutique operations and ensure presentation meets Maison standards
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve shared commercial goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end client-facing environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a passion for sales and client development
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and the local language
