Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales objectives through consultative selling and deep product knowledge
• Develop and nurture meaningful connections with clients to build a loyal community
• Proactively identify clienteling opportunities by organizing appointments and building comprehensive client profiles
• Provide personalized service and uphold Maison etiquette to ensure a seamless client journey
• Manage client information accurately and leverage insights to deliver bespoke experiences
• Maintain high standards of boutique operations, including stock management and impeccable visual presentation
• Support boutique continuous improvement efforts and assist with visual merchandising implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Digital proficiency
• Flexibility to work retail hours and travel for training or events as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, specifically within Watches and Jewellery
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Russian
