Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement
• Deliver an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador
• Educate customers on brand sustainability stories
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention controls
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards
• Communicate product feedback to improve merchandising

Requirements

• Experience in sales or retail environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven approach
• Availability for minimum 20 hours per week
• Availability for minimum 3 days per week including weekends
• Flexible schedule including nights and holidays
