Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement
• Deliver an elevated client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Educate customers on brand sustainability efforts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to loss prevention
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards
• Communicate product feedback to improve merchandising
• For full-time associates: act as a leader among peers and an expert resource for the brand

Requirements

• Experience in retail or sales organizations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to take on new challenges
• Availability to work 30-40 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
