Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Assist in clientele generation through active customer engagement
• Deliver an elevated client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Educate customers on brand values and sustainability efforts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to loss prevention
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards
• Communicate product and merchandising feedback to management
• For full-time associates: serve as a leader and expert resource among peers

Requirements

• Experience working in a sales or retail organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities
• Self-motivated and driven to take on new challenges
• Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
