Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience to ensure proper footwear selection
• Promote the Red Wing brand through professional selling and building customer loyalty
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate customers on product benefits
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
• Generate industrial sales leads and support daily retail operations
• Maintain sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain proficiency in product knowledge and technical operating standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of relevant retail or sales experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy and ability to use electronic communication software
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail footwear
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L)
• Natural curiosity and a passion for driving growth and new ideas
• Strong problem-solving skills
