Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience to ensure proper footwear selection
• Provide expert accessory recommendations and educate customers on product benefits
• Generate industrial sales leads and achieve daily productivity and sales goals
• Maintain sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards
• Support daily retail operations and maintain a safe, healthy work environment
• Build long-lasting customer relationships through professional selling and service

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1-2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer utilization and electronic communication software
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail footwear
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) concepts
• Natural curiosity and a passion for driving growth and new ideas
