Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets via upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ray-Ban products, brand history, and optical features
• Assist with minor eyewear adjustments and repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless experience across online and in-store platforms

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail sales experience (eyewear or luxury retail preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a POS system
• Previous experience in the luxury retail or eyewear industry
