Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently high customer experience in accordance with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards
• Assist with visual merchandising directives and maintain store housekeeping standards
• Utilize computer systems to process transactions, manage merchandise transfers, and handle order fulfillment
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting violations
• Employ authentic clienteling techniques to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales
• Build customer loyalty through active engagement, conversion, and capturing contact information

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
• Ability to use computer systems for transactions and retail operations
• Knowledge of loss prevention procedures
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
