Responsibilities

• Provide a high-level customer experience in accordance with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Utilize computer systems to process transactions, manage merchandise transfers, and execute orders
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures
• Build long-term customer relationships through an authentic approach to sales and engagement
• Drive sales by converting customer inquiries via phone and email into loyal clientele

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in retail sales
• Extroverted, fun, and naturally competitive personality
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
