Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by utilizing core brand values and service standards
• Assist with visual merchandising directives and maintain store housekeeping standards
• Process transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment using store computer systems
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures
• Build long-term customer relationships through authentic clienteling and engagement
• Drive sales by capturing customer contact information to build a loyal customer base

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
• Outgoing, fun, and naturally competitive personality
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
