Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality customer experience in line with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards
• Assist with visual merchandising directives and maintain store housekeeping standards
• Utilize computer systems to process transactions, manage merchandise transfers, and handle order fulfillment
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting violations
• Build long-term customer relationships through authentic clienteling and engagement
• Drive sales by capturing customer contact information to build a loyal customer base

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
• Ability to use computer systems for transactions and retail functions
• Knowledge of loss prevention procedures
