Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product recommendations regarding characters and collectibles
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• Process transactions accurately using the register
• Receive, organize, and stock shipments in the stockroom
• Drive sales of Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories
• Ensure store safety and manage crowd control during busy periods

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities
• Some college education
