Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create the Polène experience by welcoming and advising high-end international clientele
• Drive conversion rates through personalized service and proactive customer engagement
• Promote brand services and encourage additional sales throughout the purchase journey
• Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and processing transactions
• Execute CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
• Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
• Prepare the boutique for daily operations, including lighting, music, and restocking

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the leather goods sector
• Proven experience engaging with a high-end, international clientele
• Strong knowledge of leather goods, craftsmanship, and artistry
• Proficiency in cash management and transaction processing
• Experience with CRM client follow-up and relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to remain autonomous and resilient during high boutique traffic
