About the role
Responsibilities
- Create the Polène experience by welcoming and advising high-end international clientele
- Drive conversion rates through personalized service and proactive customer engagement
- Promote brand services and encourage additional sales throughout the purchase journey
- Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and processing transactions
- Execute CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
- Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
- Prepare the boutique for daily operations, including lighting, music, and restocking
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the leather goods sector
- Proven experience engaging with a high-end, international clientele
- Strong knowledge of leather goods, craftsmanship, and artistry
- Proficiency in cash management and transaction processing
- Experience with CRM client follow-up and relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- A natural ease in building meaningful interactions with discerning customers
- Strong service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to remain autonomous and resilient during high boutique traffic
