About the role
Responsibilities
- Create the Polène experience by welcoming and advising customers to drive conversion rates
- Provide personalized service and expert product knowledge to a high-end international clientele
- Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services
- Manage cash transactions, including opening and closing registers
- Execute CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
- Maintain boutique upkeep, including merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
- Prepare the boutique for daily operations, including lighting, music, and restocking
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the leather goods sector
- Proven experience engaging with high-end, international clientele
- Strong knowledge of leather goods and artisanal craftsmanship
- Proficiency in cash management and transaction processing
- Experience with CRM client follow-up and relationship management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic boutique environment
