Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create the Polène experience by welcoming and advising customers to drive conversion rates
• Provide personalized service and expert product knowledge to a high-end international clientele
• Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services
• Manage cash transactions, including opening and closing registers
• Execute CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
• Maintain boutique upkeep, including merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
• Prepare the boutique for daily operations, including lighting, music, and restocking

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the leather goods sector
• Proven experience engaging with high-end, international clientele
• Strong knowledge of leather goods and artisanal craftsmanship
• Proficiency in cash management and transaction processing
• Experience with CRM client follow-up and relationship management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic boutique environment
