Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, solution-focused service to help pet parents find the right products.
• Support the health, safety, and proper care of all animals in accordance with company standards.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and shopping environment.
• Assist with inventory replenishment, stocking shelves, and merchandising tasks.
• Educate customers on various pet products, services, and current promotions.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for animals and an interest in pet care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and teammates.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and financial transactions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
