Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the health, safety, and proper care of all animals in accordance with Petco policies
• Share accurate product and pet care information with customers
• Greet customers and deliver friendly, solution-focused service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise
• Support inventory integrity and daily operational routines

Requirements

• Passion for animals and interest in pet care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
