Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing
• Partner closely with Sales Professionals to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience
• Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours and home features
• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction and closing activities
• Build relationships with real estate agents and support marketing and lead generation efforts
• Monitor model homes and inventory to ensure quality presentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
