Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to promote store culture
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge
• Foster brand loyalty by authentically engaging customers beyond transactions
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Results-oriented selling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to connect with people at all levels
• At least 18 years of age with proof of eligibility to work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work between 4 hours per month and 12 hours per week depending on season
