Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Share product knowledge to provide an unforgettable customer experience
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches
• Assist with product and POS deliveries
• Maintain high shop floor standards and merchandising excellence
• Operate the POS system and handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
• Follow company security policies to ensure the safety of the team and customers

Requirements

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably with 1-1 sales experience
• Strong selling and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Flexible approach to work, including rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
